Job Description

Join our high-performing Soleran Engineering Team as a Full Stack Developer and embark on a career-defining opportunity. If you are a driven individual with advanced technical expertise, we invite you to explore this unique role.

At Soleran, we pride ourselves on our diverse suite of solutions tailored to meet the compliance needs of hospitals. Our core product, Soleran ICM (Integrated Compliance Management), is a dedicated healthcare solution featuring mobile and web-based applications.

We offer a vibrant and innovative environment where you'll have the autonomy to build solutions on our unique and proprietary platform. You’ll join a team of ambitious, intelligent Full Stack Developers committed to our mission. Here at Soleran, we balance a culture of winning with respect and a healthy work-life balance. Integrity, reliability, talent, and effort are values we cherish.

Your Role & Growth Opportunities

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be an integral part of our engineering team, driving development and innovation for our compliance platforms. In this role, you’ll leverage your extensive technical background to solve complex problems and influence product direction. As we transition away from our legacy monolith and move toward a cutting-edge, cloud-based microservices architecture, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping our new environment and driving innovation. We embrace Agile methodologies with focused two-week sprints and daily 15-minute stand-ups, ensuring a collaborative, iterative, and efficient development process across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular
  • Leverage AWS services (including Lambda and AWS CDK) to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and Node.js
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
  • Implement or integrate event-driven architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ) for asynchronous processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, QA, etc.) to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide accurate workload estimates and demo completed features on a weekly basis
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
  • Participate in architectural discussions and drive strategic technical decisions
  • Mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product performance and reliability
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript and Node.js
  • Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, AWS CDK) and serverless architectures; containerization experience is a plus
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
  • Comfortable working with event-driven architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ)
  • Strong understanding of database systems (MongoDB and Postgres)
  • Proven ability to estimate workloads and communicate progress effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team

Why Soleran?

  • Proprietary, cutting-edge applications transforming manual processes into automated systems
  • Competitive salaries, unlimited vacation, healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, and more
  • Regular team outings
  • Casual dress code
  • An inclusive, respectful culture with a focus on team collaboration
  • Recognized as a leader in healthcare compliance solutions

Embrace your creativity in our friendly environment where innovation thrives. Enjoy competitive salaries, excellent growth opportunities, and a fantastic work-life balance. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a difference and help people, we’d love to hear from you!
