Our client, a dedicated service provider, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the facilities team supporting a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Middletown, DE

Pay Rate: $17/hr

What's the Job?

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Remove debris from production areas and sanitize work areas.
• Disinfect commonly used areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Notify management regarding the need for repairs and maintenance supplies inventory.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3-2 rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to report issues to management.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
