Do you have at least3+ years of inbound/outbound call center experienceand a natural talent for connecting with people? Are you aclear, persuasive communicatorwho thrives in fast-paced environments? Were looking for aCall Center Agentto join our Concierge Team. Youll be the first voice homeowners hear when they begin their projectshelping them feel supported, understood, and excited to work with us.

What Youll Do

• Handleinbound and outbound callswith professionalism and energy.
• Engage homeownersabout their home improvement needs and guide them to the right solutions.
• Drive resultsby recommending services, upselling where appropriate, and meeting sales goals.
• Deliver a seamless, positive experienceevery call, every time.
• Collaborate with contractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve our processes.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of inbound/outbound call center experience(required).
• Aclear, persuasive, and confident speaking styleyou know how to capture attention and build trust quickly.
• Proven ability tomeet or exceed sales targetswhile keeping customer satisfaction high.
• Strong problem-solving skills and acustomer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other digital tools.
• Bonus: Home services or contractor experience.
• Home-office ready: reliable internet, headset, and a distraction-free setup.
