Job Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead to oversee and ensure the successful recruitment and onboarding of caregivers in the central Illinois market. The employee will be responsible for managing the recruitment team and creating a remarkable hiring process for employees and hiring managers.
Candidates should reside within a reasonable driving distance of Central Illinois. While the position offers work-from-home flexibility, it requires regular weekly travel throughout the region, typically 3–4 days per week
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $60,000
Candidates must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview. Employees will be eligible for hiring bonuses after 90 days.
