Growing Michigan based restaurant company is searching for a multi-unit hospitality professional. Expertise required in full service, upscale casual restaurants with scratch kitchens. Will be responsible day to day operations of 8 locations including team and guest experience, and sales and profitability.
The Director of Operations must have hands-on restaurant operations and corporate experience in opening new locations from the ground up.
