Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Job Description: Assist with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs to ensure project contractual work products are delivered on time and within budget. Manages subcontracts for critical components supplied by GDMS partners. Provide for an additional program interface with customers and the internal engineering and manufacturing operations team. Assists with the development of the performance measurement baseline and monitors execution, including establishment of and routine reporting on the technical performance, financial status, and program risks and issues. Assists the Program Manager by drafting the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) in coordination with inputs from Control Account Managers. Identifies program problems and issues, and coordinates with the Program Manager, functional managers and customers to obtain solutions. Reviews reports and briefings prepared by staff for quality and compliance to contract requirements. Provides oversight and management of supplementary technical instructions from the customer. Supports execution of program reviews (quarterly travel anticipated). Prepares and delivers formal briefings. Complies with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties. Requires Demonstrated project leadership in a related engineering development and/or production program for integrated hardware and software systems with a high degree of complexity. Knowledgeable of defense contracting and finance, including Earned Value (EIA-748). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Experienced with MS Office and related software applications. Workplace Options: This position is ON-SITE in Canonsburg, PA A hybrid work schedule may be available but will require a minimum of 3 days per week on-site. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. USD $121,363.00 - USD $131,319.00 /Yr.
