Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr RealREPP, a nationally recognized, full-service recruiting firm is currently teaming up with a stable, growing, and socially responsible multi-family real estate owner to assist them in hiring a Senior Property Accountant in San Francisco, CA! This Senior Property Accountant must have an understanding of all types of financial property operations and how they work together, including debts, assets, cash forecasting, payroll, capital assets, and revenue analysis. This is a close, team-oriented group, and the Senior Property Accountant is an essential part of the company’s accounting team Duties & Responsibilities Planning, implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting Performing the company’s financial audits Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data Creating financial reports based on data analysis Making recommendations to CFO and ownership on best practice Requirements A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience within the Real Estate industry (Multi-Family property accounting – highly preferred) Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Experience with accounting software and databases – Yardi – highly preferred Superior data management and data analysis skills Strong time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy Ability to work independently and take ownership of their duties and position This company offers a competitive base salary: $105,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus + 401K with a 3% match, PTO (15 days) + excellent/low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage.
