Qualfon is hiring immediately for Health Insurance Sales professionals to work from home (100% remote) Our Sales Representatives will have virtual paid training from their home in Oklahoma

Hourly pay rate - $20/hour

What you will be doing

• Assist individuals in understanding their insurance coverages and selecting the right products and services by answering inbound phone calls.
• Display compassion when assisting individuals.
• Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
• Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration and answering policy-related questions.
• Demonstrating sales skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adhere to an assigned schedule with minimal assistance.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and, at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude.

Work at Home Requirement

• Desktop or Laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook and Android systems are NOT compatible
• Operation system – Windows 11
• Webcam-Video available.
• The computer must have least 4GB of RAM
• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wifi, Satellite or Hot spot
• Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved.
• Must have available cell phone, tablet or landline required for Multifactor authentication.

What skills you will need

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state you reside
• Healthcare experience – Medicare, Affordable Care Act, Individual
• 6-month Sales experience minimum with inbound sales focus
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Comfort with desktop computer system.
• Must be able to type at least 25wpm/90% accuracy.
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
