Job Details
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in various industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Supervise and train staff members on audit procedures and techniques
Review workpapers and audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in accounting standards
Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the firm
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA certification required
5+ years of experience in public accounting
Audit Manager experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
