We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Permanent Sales Manager to join our team in the Office Furniture Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. The position demands a strategic thinker with a blend of market insight, negotiation skills, and the ability to forge strong relationships. The ideal candidate should have an impressive track record in sales, coupled with a sound understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
8. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
9. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
10. Conduct regular cold calling and outside sales to generate new business.
11. Manage high level B2B sales with major clients.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
3. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Availability to travel as needed.
9. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
10. Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B setting, including experience with cold calling and outside sales.
