I don’t think I’ve ever considered making a meatloaf?
We had so much ground beef left over from Sundays BBQ I thought I’d give it a go. My typical cooking style is winging it which worked out very well, the loaf was a big hit. We fed four, most went for seconds and there’s enough left for a lunchtime sandwich.
