Funny things Trials Cubs. If you read the stuff from the late 50’s when Triumph entered factory bikes in events, the riders were told to go through as many puddles as possible to help keep the bottom end cool. Nowadays people cane the nuts off ’em and they seem to stand up to it. Dunno, that’s progress I guess.
